Question: How can I verify your official email address?

Answer: To ensure that an email address is official, check that it ends with: @villagev.net

Question: Where can I get support?

Answer: You can get support via email, through the Help Form, or by messaging us in our Discord group.

Question: Where can I find the server/website version?

Answer: The server/website version is displayed at the bottom left corner of the website in yellow text.

Question: Why is it sometimes called Village V and other times Village V Network?

Answer: No, it doesn’t mean anything. Our project can be referred to as either Village V or Village V Network.

Question: Which social networks are you on?

Answer: We are only on the following platforms: Website, YouTube, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Bluesky. All other groups, channels, or profiles are fake. Links to our official social networks can be found on our website.

Question: What are your official websites/addresses?

Answer: All official websites and addresses of our project are listed below to help you avoid fakes:

Question: What countries are allowed on the Village V Websites?

Answer: These countries are allowed on the Village V Websites:

• All, except Tor, unknown states, other entities or organizations

Question: What should I do if I haven’t received my product(s)?

Answer: If you haven’t received your product(s) within a few minutes, please contact us via email, the help form, or our Discord group.

Question: Do you support payment methods other than PayPal?

Answer: No, we currently don't support other payment methods and don't plan to add them in the near future.

Question: What countries are allowed on the Village V server?

Answer: These countries are allowed on the Village V server:

Question: From which version can I join the server?

Answer: Previously, we supported versions starting from 1.7.2 and higher. However, for the stability and security of the server, you can now join only from version 1.20 and higher. This change also enables support for newer features. You can still ping the server starting from version Beta 1.8.

Question: Will there be support for connecting to the server from Minecraft Bedrock Edition (Windows Edition)?

Answer: No, the server won't support cross-platform connections. However, there is a possibility that a separate server will be created specifically for Bedrock Edition.
