Minecraft server Rules (or just Rules)

1)Account rules:

1.1 - Nickname must be correct. Incorrect ones include: (ban forever)

1.1.1 - Nickname that is similar to the nickname of Partners or Project Staff

1.1.2 - Nickname that has immoral content (the name of the genitals, processes, etc.), has forbidden/swear words or offends another person/player

1.2 - The skin shouldn't be immoral (the skin of naked characters, reflecting the genitals, etc.) (ban forever)

1.3 - It is forbidden to sell, transfer, exchange, hack an account (ban forever and reset the account, from the one who sold, and agreed to buy)

1.4 - It is forbidden to create more than 3 accounts on the server from one IP (IP ban forever)

1.5 - No more than 3 account on the server can play from one IP at the same time (IP ban forever)

2)Communication:

2.1 - There is a chat on the server. For a comfortable game, you must follow the rules below:

2.1.1 - All languages are allowed on the server

2.2 - Insulting project players even without specifying a specific player (mute for 4 hours)

2.3 - It is forbidden to flood or send more than 3 similar or identical messages in a row. Three messages are allowed, four aren't allowed in one minute (warnings, then mute for 4 hours)

2.3.1 - It is prohibited to accord with other players or use your other accounts to send the same message in a short period of time, in other words, bypass the punishment by using your other accounts (mute for 12 hours)

2.4 - It is forbidden to flood with symbols, use combinations of meaningless symbols, like ............... or !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (warnings, then numb for 3 hours)

2.4.1 - Abuse of caps, if a sentence contains two words or more than 50% is written in caps (warnings, then muted for 4 hours)

2.5 - It is prohibited to organize flooding with surveys like “Send + to chat” (muted for 5 hours)

2.5.1 - If, when organizing a flood, more than 4 people responded to your message, then you will be given double punishment, and everyone who reacted will be muted for 3 hours

2.6 - Use of obscene language (muted for 16 hours)

2.6.1 - Veiled obscenities also fit under paragraph 2.6

2.7 - Immoral behavior prohibited, topics for adults (muted for 20 hours)

2.8 - Out-of-game deception of players. For example, by keyboard shortcuts Alt+F4, commands, and so on (warnings, then muted for 7 hours)

2.9 - Inappropriate behavior, excessive insults and aggression (warnings, then mute for 5 hours)

2.10 - Public criticism of the project in chat is prohibited (mutt for 20 hours)

2.10.1 - It is prohibited to humiliate/insult the project, offensive names/words, etc. (ban for 7 days)

2.11 - It is prohibited to humiliate players, discrimination on various grounds: religious, linguistic, national, ethnic, political views, threats and so on (muted for 2 days)

2.12 - Disrespectful or inappropriate communication with a Partners or Project Staff: (forced, then muted for 2 days)

2.12.1 - Jokes towards Partners or Project Staff (ban for 2 days)

2.12.2 - Threat to Partners or Project Staff with removal from their roles, threat of punishment (ban for 5 days)

2.12.3 - Begging for resources from Partners or Project Staff (warnings, then ban for 2 days)

2.12.4 - Begging for removal of punishments from Partners or Project Staff  (warning, then muted for 10 hours)

2.13 - It is prohibited to send any links on the server chat (ban for 3 days)

2.14 - It is prohibited to sell anything for real money, trade between games, and so on. Any mention of monetary transactions with real currency of any dimension is also prohibited (ban for 14 days)

2.15 - It is prohibited to discuss politics; is prohibited propaganda of nazism/racism, smoking, weapons, terrorism, etc. (ban for 5 days)

2.16 - Insulting/mentioning parents or other relatives/friends of the player is prohibited (muted for 14 days)

2.17 - Advertising is prohibited, or rather:

2.17.1 - Any sale, distribution of cheats, stores, different groups, hacking, exchange of resources, sites/websites, etc. is prohibited (ban for 6 days)

2.17.2 - Advertising of third-party resources/projects is prohibited in any form. Advertising of anything is prohibited. For example, from a book to a store (mute for 2 days)

2.17.3 - Advertising in personal messages, an attempt to bypass punishment in global chat (ban for 3 days)

2.17.4 - Any mention of contacts and so on. The exception is personal messages and correspondence with the Partners or Project Staff (mute for 1 day)

3)Gameplay:

3.1 - Rules for connecting to the server: (Automatically added temporarily to the BlackList)

3.1.1 - VPN/Proxy aren't allowed on the server

3.1.2 - It is forbidden to ping/connect to the server many times in a short time

3.2 - Intentional harm to the project, floods/lag machines/bugs, etc. (ban for 21 days and destruction of the building)

3.3 - Recognition of presence of cheats (ban for 7 days)

3.4 - It is prohibited to use malware/cheating software, gain an advantage over players, use macros, prohibited mods/modifications/clickers/versions/clients, prohibited plugins, modifications, etc. (ban for 12 days)

3.4.1 - It is forbidden to delay checking for cheats (the ban period can be from 14 days to 25 days)

3.4.2 - Playing together with a player who violated clause 3.2, 3.3 or 3.4 (ban for 7 days)

3.5 - Creating a new account to bypass blocking for cheats or mute (ban for 12 days)

3.5.1 - If, when violating rule 3.4, rule 1.4 or 1.5 is violated, then you will be banned by IP forever

3.6 - Flood with commands, for example: “/pay Artem127 1” more than 3 times per minute (in this rule, a random nickname is written in the command example) (warnings, then ban for 2 days)

3.7 - Project Staff doesn't have the right to force people to download programs that allow access to a PC - unless there is a situation listed below: (ban for 60 days and removal from role)

3.7.1 - If a person voluntarily wants to undergo verification through a PC access program, then it can be carried out

3.7.2 - If a person doesn't know how to use a PC, and you have the right to offer him to download a program to access the PC

3.7.3 - If the player's screen sharing quality is poor, the camera quality is also poor. Project Staff must record the quality of the demonstration or the quality of the camera

3.7.4 - If the player doesn't have the opportunity to turn on the sound, or the sound doesn't work at all and he can't hear you

3.7.5 - If a player starts trolling moderation during verification. It deliberately delays the scan, evades it by clicking past folders, opening unnecessary folders, browsers, videos, photos. Project Staff is also obliged to record these moments

3.7.6 - By decision of the administrators, verification can only be done through a program for accessing a PC

3.7.7 - Project Staff doesn't have the right to send various programs that aren't related to the check for cheats, and if the program is related to the check, then this must comply with rule 3.7 (ban for 60 days and removal from the role)

3.8 - It is forbidden to file a complaint against yourself or make false complaints (warnings, then ban for 1 day)

3.9 - It is prohibited to impersonate a Partners or Project Staff (ban for 7 days)

3.10 - It is prohibited to take advantage of server flaws. The shortcomings include: (ban for 15 days)

3.10.1 - Any bugs in the plugins/server

3.10.2 - Using flaws in the clan system, farming kills, boosting statistics, and so on (deleting a clan)

3.10.3 - If you find a flaw, write to technical support and you will receive a bonus

3.11 - Creation of clans in violation of chat rules: insults, immoral content, propaganda of something (ban for 30 days, and this applies to all clan members and possible deletion of the clan)

3.12 - Misinformation of project players with unofficial information, in-game information (mute for 7 hours)

3.13 - Prohibited to provoking players to violate the rules (warnings, then ban for 5 days)

3.14 - Only Owner can check anti-cheat (ban for 30 days and removal from role)

3.15 - Partners or Project Staff can't just use their capabilities (banned forever and removed from the role)

3.16 - It is forbidden to grief/destroy/block the exit and etc. near the safe zone in the nether and end (ban for 7 days)
