Village V Terms Of Service

1) Introduction

Welcome to the Village V Network server (hereinafter referred to as the "Server"). Village V Network also refers to Village V — they are the same. By connecting to our server, you (the user) agree rules*. The terms you, your, player, and similar refer to the server user. If you don't agree with rules*, don't register and don't play on server.

Ignorance of the rules doesn't exempt you from punishment.

Rules(this means server rules, not rules*) don't apply only to the Owner.

Mojang AB and Microsoft aren't affiliated with this project and aren't responsible for its activities.

2) When and Which Rules Apply

We use various services to support the website and server, and you agree to certain rules and conditions.

3) Account

Each user can create up to 3 accounts from one IP address. The main protection for your account is password. Additional protection includes two-factor authentication code (Google Authentication). You are responsible for the security of your account.

4) Disclaimer

The server and its staff aren't responsible for the loss of data or game progress caused by user actions (e.g., bugs/dupes, etc.). We are only responsible for the domain villagev.net, its subdomains, and official email addresses linked to this domain. We don't control any other domains, subdomains, or email addresses that may resemble ours and have no affiliation with them. The server isn't responsible for the actions of third parties that may violate your conditions.

5) Server Availability

We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation of the server and aren't responsible for technical failures, downtime, or data loss caused by hosting. We reserve the right to temporarily close the server for maintenance without prior notice. We can't guarantee that the server will always operate smoothly and without errors.

6) Refunds for Virtual Currency and Purchases

We sell only virtual currency (called emeralds), which can be used to purchase items on the server. The purchase of in-game currency is final and non-refundable. In some cases, a refund may be possible, but it may not be for the full amount. Upon refund, the purchased currency on the server will be revoked, including all items and subscriptions acquired for emeralds.

7) User Groups

There are five user groups on the Village V Network server:

• Users(or players): This group includes all players on the server with any subscription.

• Partners: Those who create content (videos or streams) on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and other platforms, or sponsor the server and are listed as official partners.

• Project Staff: Includes helpers, moderators and administrators.

• Deputy Owner: I

• Owner: The creator and developer of the project. Nickname on the server: Travel_Trader

Detailed rights and responsibilities of each group are outlined in Section 4 in the RULES.

8) Bans, Moderation, and User Content

The Project staff reserves the right to temporarily restrict a user's access to the server or its functions for rule violations. This may include:

• Temporary mue in chat.

• Temporary ban in certain mode on the server.

• Temporary ban in all modes on the server.

All punishments are temporary, and the user is always notified of the reasons. If a punishment was issued without reason, please contact here.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates our rules and to moderate chats and messages to maintain a friendly atmosphere on the server.

Players, partners, and project staff are prohibited from using their rights to violate rules for personal gain or to harm the project.

The server is intended for users aged +7, as Minecraft has age restrictions starting from 7 years old.

Users can contact official support only through the form on the website and the Discord community.

9) Copyright

Copyright on Websites

The content of this website, including text, design, and logos, is the property of Village V and is protected by copyright laws. Graphics and design elements are the property of Google. Unauthorized copying of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.

Copyright on the Server

You are prohibited from copying our Minecraft server in any way, including:

• Creating duplicates or counterfeit versions of our server.

• Reproducing resource packs: the custom texture packs used on our server are the property of Village V. Copying, distributing, or reproducing our server's resource packs without permission is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Actions

You are expressly prohibited from copying and reproducing, specifically:

• Copying or imitating the design, layout, or functionality of Village V Websites.

• Creating fake or unauthorized versions of Village V Websites.

• Using any content from Village V Websites without prior written permission.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter unauthorized copies or imitations of our project, please contact us.
